Residents of the Ellis Heights Neighborhood are starting to move from the Fairgrounds into new homes at the Grove. The Grove development was a component of the housing strategy outlined in the award-winning Ellis Heights Choice Neighborhoods Transformation Plan that Camiros helped with creating.
